This privacy policy explains how Justinterior Design (operated by Justin Botes, "we", "us") collects and handles personal information on this website, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide (phone number, project details, budget). This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is stored securely via Netlify's form handling service and emailed to us. We do not share it with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, time on site, general location). Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can decline analytics cookies at any time via the banner on this site, or by clearing your browser cookies.
Google Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google's servers. Your browser will make a request to Google when you visit, which may include your IP address. This is a standard part of how web fonts work. See Google's privacy policy for more detail.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at justin@justinteriordesign.co.za.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited communications.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a reasonable period to enable us to follow up on enquiries and maintain business records. If you request deletion, we will remove your information unless we are required by law to retain it.
