A duplex apartment in Dubai Marina — two levels connected by a floating glass staircase. The brief was FF&E throughout, with a custom joinery scope for the main living space.
The living area joinery was the centrepiece: a built-in shelving and TV unit designed to work as both display and storage without becoming a feature wall that demanded attention. The round dining table and woven timber chairs pull warmth into a space that could easily have felt too white and too spare. A separate study on the upper level was set up as a proper working room — not a desk pushed into a corner.
The Dubai skyline is part of the interior on every floor that faces the water. You design around that, not against it.
