A full residential fit-out from bare walls. The scope covered kitchen, bathrooms, dressing room, two bedrooms, and all living spaces — managed entirely remotely from South Africa, with contractors and suppliers coordinated on the ground in Dubai.
The finishes hold the project together. Herringbone luxury vinyl floors run through every room, giving the apartment a consistency that a more varied approach would have broken. The kitchen island is a continuous slab of white quartz — the material statement of the open-plan zone. In the primary bathroom, two tile treatments sit alongside each other: large-format marble-look tile on the walls, fine herringbone mosaic underfoot. The oak dressing room was designed as a feature in its own right, not a storage afterthought.
Working remotely on a project at this scale requires a different kind of precision — decisions can't be revised easily once contractors are on site. Everything has to be right on paper before anything goes into the wall.
