This meeting is to establish the scope of the project as well as a time for the client to determine whether they are comfortable to work with us.

During this first meeting we will establish the following: The function of the space; the purpose of the project; the basic planning requirements; an initial concept; discuss and specific requirements; determine a budget; and consider and appropriate lead time.

It is important to remember that any interior project can feel like an invasion of privacy, having contractors in your personal space over an extended period, so it is important to work with a designer you are comfortable with and that you can communicate honestly with.
